Check-in is allowed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival, and you must vacate the premises by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Different times may be agreed upon at the time of booking.
Upon arrival, each guest is required to provide their personal identification document (identity card or passport) to the owner, so that they can record the details with the competent office.
Each guest is responsible for the custody of their personal belongings left in the apartment; the owner is not responsible for their unfortunate theft. The apartment is equipped with safes with electronic combination locks.
Each guest is responsible for their behavior in the house and in the surrounding area, and in the event of incidents attributable to them, they will be called upon to compensate for the damages following evaluation.
The owner of the property has the right, in the absence of the guest, to enter the apartment to prevent damages or hazards, promptly informing the guest of their entry.
The guest is given the keys to the entire property; in case of loss, please notify the owner promptly. Costs for replacing locks due to compromised security will be charged.
The owner provides guests with the password for high-speed internet access with their own PC, tablet, or phone with wireless system.
Reasons why the security deposit may not be refunded:
The homeowner has the right to suspend the lease for guests who violate the provisions of this internal regulation.

The municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena respects the DOOR-TO-DOOR DIFFERENTIATED WASTE COLLECTION of solid urban waste; all information will be provided at check-in.
PENALTY OF €50.00 FOR NON-DIFFERENTIATED WASTE LEFT AT CHECK-OUT. (only differentiated waste in minimal quantities will be allowed at check-out)
LINEN and APARTMENT CLEANING: The apartment is delivered with 1 set of linen including sheets and towels, cleaned and sanitized by a specialized company. The cost of the service is charged to the guest at €85.00
An extra change of linen is OPTIONAL for stays longer than 10 nights, and the cost of the service will be charged to the customer at €20.00 PER DOUBLE KIT OR CRIB KIT.
An extra cleaning can be requested, and the cost of the service will be charged to the customer at €65.00.
EXTRA SERVICES:
Rental of Baby Seat: € 10.00 per stay

SERVICES: The provision of meals and drinks, surveillance, custody, and daily cleaning of the premises is excluded by the Landlord. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the Lessee as indicated above; however, guests are kindly requested to leave the premises tidy.
NOISE: The Lessee is requested to use the television and any audio systems at a volume that respects quiet and rest, both inside and outside the apartments, especially during the following times: from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise is prohibited at any time of the day and may result in the termination of the lease contract.
